These Terms and Conditions govern all consultation bookings, website interactions, and advisory services provided by Narayanika Astro Reader ("we", "us", "our") to our clients ("you", "seeker"). By booking an appointment or utilizing this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Consultation Structure & Appointments

Appointments for Online (Video/Audio) and In-Person consultations must be reserved in advance. Please ensure accurate contact and birth details are provided to facilitate chart preparation prior to the scheduled session.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp.
• In the unlikely event that the consultant must reschedule due to unforeseen emergencies, you will be notified promptly and offered the earliest available alternative slot or full refund.

4. Advisory Nature of Consultations

All consultations in Vedic Astrology, Vastu Shastra, Numerology, and Gemstone Guidance are intended as traditional guidance, reflective perspective, and self-awareness tools. Consultations do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional financial advice.

5. Code of Conduct

We foster a respectful, calm, and dignified consultation environment. We reserve the right to decline or terminate a consultation if a client exhibits abusive, harassing, or unethical conduct.
